ELITE CAMP

Date: July 10-12

Location: Providence College

Ages: Boys 14-18

CAMP MISSION

Some items we cover – all high level/college pace!

• Team Offense  (triangle, mumbo, motion, flex)

• Team Defense (recovery and double systems, changing systems, two man shut offs)

• Zone work (string and adjacent help)

• Invert work (single/double/big little – early slides, diamond, goalie stunts)

• Ride/Clear (diamond and ten man – blitz and scrapes)

• EMO and MDD (five man/pressure/string/four man – void and fill, overloads, motion sequences)
